Maputaland is one of them. Deep sand tracks, coastal forest, lakes that catch the light at odd angles, and a coastline that still feels like it belongs to itself.

So we're taking the long way. Five nights, one bush camp, a convoy of like-minded wanderers, and as much sand as your tyres can handle. We'll spend our days exploring, our evenings around the fire and somewhere in between we'll remember why we started doing this in the first place.
